This page explains how users of FE Exam AI Prep and PE Exam AI Prep can delete their account and associated app data.

Delete in the app

1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

• Account profile and authentication record
• Study preferences, exam date, progress, mastery, attempts, mock-exam records, and wrong-question queue
• Subscription mirror records and app-side credit history tied to the account
• Question reports associated with the account, where legally and technically possible
• AI response reports associated with the account, including generated responses and optional notes

What may remain

Store purchase records remain with Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. Aggregate de-identified subscription statistics, fraud-prevention logs, security logs, and backups may be retained for a limited period. We start deletion and connected-provider cleanup immediately, complete deletion from active systems promptly, and allow residual backup and security-log copies to age out within 30 days. Deleting an account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing; manage it separately in the account settings for the store where you purchased the subscription.

会删除哪些数据

• 账户资料与身份验证记录
• 学习偏好、考试日期、学习进度、掌握度、答题记录、模拟考记录与错题队列
• 与账户关联的订阅镜像记录和应用侧 AI credit 历史
• 在法律与技术允许范围内,与账户关联的题目举报记录
• 与账户关联的 AI 回复举报记录,包括被举报的生成回复与可选备注

哪些数据可能保留

Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的购买记录由对应商店按其政策保留。去标识化的汇总订阅统计、 反欺诈日志、安全日志和备份可能在有限期间内保留。我们会立即开始删除和关联服务商清理,尽快从活动系统中 完成删除,备份和安全日志中的残留副本会在 30 天内自然清除。删除账户不会取消 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 计费; 请在购买订阅的对应商店账户设置中另行管理。
